Subject	Seat belt module warm to the touch?

Message	So I randomly noticed that my seat belt is warm to the touch where it retracts inside the door. See the below picture, its the bottom piece in the pic that is hot. Is this normal? I can't seem to figure out why it would be warm, should I be worried? Guess I should specify, my driver's side was the only one I touched, didn't look at the passenger side.
